Legal Conditions

Terms and Conditions

  • Turkish Conventions Program is available for all Public companies, private companies and all nonprofit organizations that organizer international Meetings.
  • If a company/organization is applying to the program as an intermediary, it is the intermediary’s responsibility to communicate all Program and Agreement terms and conditions to the company/association they are representing.
  • It is mandatory to submit the information in the application forms marked with “*”
  • Additional paperwork/official documents may be requested from the applicants during their application process.

Privacy Policy

The confidentiality of personal information is of utmost importance, and therefore Turkish Airlines guarantees that it will comply with the following guidelines

Usage of personal information

Information that is collected during the process of application is solely used for the purpose of establishing a Turkish Conventions Agreement. Any other use of personal information is strictly forbidden by Turkish Airlines’ policies.

Usage of personal information by third parties

Turkish Airlines reserves its right to transfer personal and company information to third parties in order to complete the application processes necessary for establishing Turkish Conventions agreements. Again, Turkish Airlines guarantees the privacy of personal and company information that is collected for Turkish Conventions membership.

Privacy of personal information

Turkish Airlines utilizes all practical and proven methods in to prevent loss, modification, abuse, exposure and unauthorized usage of the data and information collected for Turkish Conventions agreement purposes. It is our primary concern that all information supplied be used only for the purposes intended.

Jurisdiction

The contractual relation between the Members and Turkish Airlines as well as these general terms and conditions are governed by Turkish Law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claims resulting from or raised in relation with the application to the Turkish Conventions program or in relation with these general terms and conditions shall be Istanbul Courts and Execution offices. Turkish Airlines reserves, however, the right to sue at any other competent court within a jurisdiction.
