- Only confirmed domestic flight tickets can be cancelled and refunded via THY Online Ticket web page.In case of other circumstances please visit our nearest THY Sales Office for cancellation and refund procedures.
- If you would like to cancel your pure domestic flight tickets when there is more than 12 hours prior to the first flight , the ticket amount will be refunded fully but Ticketing Service Charge is nonrefundable.
- If you would like to cancel your pure domestic flight tickets when there is less than 12 hours prior to the first flight %30 percent of ticket price is charged as penalty due to domestic flights fare rules but Ticketing Service Charge is nonrefundable.
- In case of no-show on your confirmed domestic flights , you can only get refund of the taxes paid for your flights back.Ticket price is non-refundable after the flights that you've been no-show due to domestic fare rules.
