We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly request you to fill out the application form below completely and upload the required documents so that your baggage can be delivered to you as soon as possible, or that we can compensate you for any damages caused by the inconvenience.
    • For issues such as lost baggage, damaged baggage, late delivered baggage, missing items, and forgotten belongings, you can apply by selecting New Feedback.
    • To check the status of a previous application, you can select Previous Feedback and log in with your file number and e-mail address.
    • You need to create New Feedback baggage problems on different flights.
    • You can create New Feedback if you are having trouble accessing your previous feedback. All correspondence and documents will be consolidated into a single file and continue to be tracked.
    • If you have more than one baggage issue on the same flight, you can submit your application by describing all of the details in one feedback.
